Do groceries, go to a pharmacy or a post office

9 Registrations
Many Leuven citizens are unable to do groceries, go to a pharmacy, a post office or mailbox, for many different reasons.

Do you want to help someone, once in a while?

After you sign up, the City will match you with someone in your neighbourhood and provide you with their contact information.

Do you want to volunteer to do groceries for someone in your neighbourhood?

Contact your match to make clear agreements on grocery lists, brands, shops and how to settle the bill.

Do you want to volunteer to collect medication at a pharmacy in your neighbourhood?

You contact your match to make clear agreements on brands, prescriptions, what pharmacy to got to and on how to settle the bill.

You preferably collect the medication from the patient's regular pharmacy in order to ensure continuity for chronic medication. The pharmacist will know the patient personally and is best suited to decide what non-prescription medication to give.

Inform the pharmacist that you are a volunteer in the "Leuven Helpt' network.

Do you want to volunteer to go to a post office or mailbox, post a letter or collect something from the post office?

You contact your match to make clear agreements on identification, timing and any possible expenses.
